Engine Bottom End/Rotating Mass Details

Anyone have details regarding materials used in the engine block, pistons, crank, cams so I can get an idea of what may be really possible regarding the potential of the engine.
Any technical info regarding these areas of the stock engine would be helpfull.

When I had the tilton flywheel and clutch installed on my VQ35DE in my 350Z wow was it amazing...

IMHO its all that needed to be done along with underdrive crank pulley...

Everything is already pretty light weight in the bottom end...

The crankshaft is already knife edged slightly from the factory...

TILTON flywheel was 8lbs and the 7.25" clutch bolted onto it made it for 16lbs total...

this is a short clip of the TILTON installed with only Cat Back Exhaust as the other mod...
