Probably not fully broken in yet - The chart above says 249.3 - That would be 274.23 with 10% added.....seems a little low still.

How many miles on it?

How the hell did 'Automobile Mag' achieve 287WHP, 53WHP more than an 07 G35 Coupe on their dynojet? Something seems off....even after the 10% addup

A wise man once told me. "Numbers don't lie, but you can get them to say anything you want". Trying to compare results from different dyno's is like comparing apples and oranges Too many variables.....

Yeah, we would need to see how an 07 G35 Coupe dyno'd on this same dyno in order to make an equivalent comparison.

Also, the OP said the car has aftermarket wheels. If they are bigger or heavier than OEM it will read as a WHP loss, right?

It really depends on what dyno they are using/correction factors/weather etc. If the dyno reads 10% lower than a dyno jet then the numbers don't sound bad for a "tight" motor.

First off, I think the car looks much better in person, and although the rear is questionable to some, it really is starting to grow on me.

So far, we've added a set of Volk GT-F's, and a set of lower springs. More to come later. Compared to what we are used to tuning, the car is slow, but handles much better than a stock G35 or stock 350z.

Here are the dynos, and I will be posting some pics of the car shortly. For reference, a bone stock G35 Coupe just did 213whp on our dyno today. The heartbreaker strikes again! Add about 10-12% to simulate a dyno jet number.

can you get different Volks?

The first gen G35 manual had about 18% drivetrain loss, so that would be 270 rwhp from 330hp. Basically, it's only a 21 rwhp difference, which is acceptable between dynos. I can also attest that the DD dynos read about 10% lower than a dynojet. I have a 9 psi Vortech only making 345 rwhp on a DD, when most guys with this setup get around 365-375 on a Dynojet. The DD simulates load

Bone stone 03-06 g35 does about 212whp on our dyno. The 07 rev-up does 220whp on our dyno. Our dyno reads low...much lower than a DynoJet, and much much lower than a Dyno Pak. Take the number for what they are worth...just a simple comparison based on other cars we have tested on our Dyno Dynamics.

Thanks, I am waiting for someone else to become more brave with offsets. I was all on my own, in selecting them.
