Burble "POP" Map with Seb

Hey Guys,

I know there has been some members( Including me) looking to have a burble"POP" option on their tune. I'm really interested in this because when I had my 335XI I had a "Burble" option on my MHD tune and absolutely loved the burbles and cracks on deceleration.

So I am install Z1 HFC's tomorrow and ask Seb to refresh my tune for the HFC's, and I asked him about this option. Looks like he has one but only for guys running TP's :/. We talked and and I'm going to work with him on an option for use with HFC's, Stock Cats I'm not sure but will ask.

Are you talking about the blown off valve noise from the turbos?

How about resonated high-flow cats? (RHFC).

Specifically Fast Intentions. No reason.

From: Framingham Ma,
^^ Yes it should work with those

I had then before and actually liked the sound better from my Z1's :/. Plus the Z1's are under $400 and FI's are close to $600

Oh golly, you just made my 18-year old self wake up and dust himself off. I would do this. I would certainly hope Seb could do it with stock cats, though.

Exactly. Same.

Burble Pop is one of the things that makes me lust after the Jag F-Type.

And there it is... I'm going to start using the phrase "Burble Pop" now.

This can be done by increasing fuel and/or decreasing timing in the off throttle areas of the map. Flame maps are all the rage these days.

I really hope this is something he's considering doing now. I got a tune with him just last month and this is exactly what I wanted. However, since I have RHFC, this wasn't something he felt comfortable doing.

This would be awesome. I was hoping someone would do something like this. Good thing I'm local to Seb.

From: Framingham Ma,
Hi guys,

So ECUTEK doesn't offer the parameters to produce the off throttle, coasting burbles/pops. I'm actually really shock and disappoint that they do not offer this. I mean the MHD software I ran on my BMW was brand new and had the option ;/. I guess we all have to wait for ECUTEK to make those available.
