I'm down to about 11-12% bf now...light lifting and 45-60 minutes of cardio 5x/week. Also watching what I eat.

QUIT DOING SO MUCH CARDIO. It's killing your gains. 20 minutes of cardio MAX. That includes warm up and cool down. This is how it should be:
5 min. Warm up
14 minutes HIGH INTENSITY WORK
2 to 4 minutes cool down.
THATS ALL!!!

Is that what you did for your thong sporting preparation?
I'm doing 45-60 minutes with heartrate around 140-150bpm.

Yeah I never ran more than 25 minutes EVER!!!! What is happening is your body has to have energy for that time period. No one stores enough calorie energy for that long of a time period so your body dips into it's protein and muscle storage. Any strength gains you get are eaten up by your cardio output. Most of your fat loss will be due to an increased metabolism (which high intensity training will do) and a good diet. Additionally, the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn at rest.
