Which one did you buy. The Skunk2 has a lot of extra steps you don't need to do.

I helped remove one off of CT_Texas' car when he sold his G. I don't have a torque wrench though.

I have taken mine off and put it on 3 or 4 times now (polishing the plenum). I have the Skunk2 5/8" spacer. You really don't need a torque wrench.....Those bolts just need to be secure and not friggin Mr. Olympia tight. Plus that's where a lot of guys break off the bolts. A rachet and some needle nose pliers will get er done. It is definately a worthwhile mod for us FI guys. If you can't find help or are in the area it can be done in seriously....an hour or less. Easy mod to do. It's nice that you chose winter to do it too....the car will cool down faster so you can get right to work.

I have the Kinetix Plenum and should have bought the skunk2 plenum spacer.... The plenum rattles because the 6 center bolts that hold the plenum down are not there anymore...

Hey Randy bring those Grounding wires too. I have basically the same friggin kit that just arrived last night in the mail! We can put all that crap on together. If you come to the Velocity thing I have a place we can work on that stuff at like 6 or so if you're interested.

On a side note.....do you know how to put those grounding wires on?

Did you get just the spacer, or the spacer+iso-thermal kit? The iso-thermal kit is much more involved.
