New idea

Ran across this website on another forum

http://www.cafepress.com/cp/customize/

Basically you can take any design you have and upload it to their site. Then have clothing made with that design on there. You can order one at a time. It would be cool to get some new shirts made with a new design (in small too for Melissa) and not have to order a minimum amount.

They have all kinds of clothes...tank tops, hoodies, baseball shirts, caps, THONGS (for Hugh), and even boxers.

Just so long as there is a fashion show and Hugh sports his man-thong for Randy.

I'm sure we can order that. We just need to upload the club logo to order. It looks really easy.

Attaboy Moog. If you are looking for crunch time tips of the trade I can hook you up.

I got up to 191 lbs. and cut down to 152 lbs. on stage.

I looked like a starving African

damn man, I would feel so small at 152. I'm not looking to compete. I would lose a lot of points on symmetry b/c my left lat is non-existant from surgery I had as a child.

It's still good to have good solid number goals you are trying to hit. It helps you stick to a program better.

Yeah I've been doing a 5x5 strength program, and the gains have been great. Strength has been declining cuz i'm so hungry & tired all the time. But once I hit sub 10% bodyfat, I'm going to clean bulk up to 210-215. That'll probably take me like 2 years.

You can bulk up and stay relatively cut. I'm sure you know to eat like 7 times a day. But try to hit about 30 g of protien per meal and you will shred fat off and still have the strength and energy to hit the weights hard and get good gains. The hard part is to include carbs with all of the protein. You won't be very hungry to take a lot in, but a good cup of brown rice, a whole wheat bagel, whole grain bread, and oatmeal (not the instant kind) are the best sources of carbs that can be taken with you wherever you go.

See Moog I'm not making this stuff up. I mean look what it did for Melissa. Before she started she would get blown away in a light breeze. She could slip through a crack in the floor. But now look at her.....A normal healthy not too skinny not a blimp woman. I mean we should all be so lucky.
