it usually takes money to make money ..... lots of condos in Dallas going cheep and can be rented for more then the payments. Take a look at the units on Royal just off I75. You can buy them for $65K and get $1000/month rent. That's $200 profit each month.

a no money up front way is to get sponsered.

 

I'm very interested in getting into the real estate market...might take some classes soon.

Man you and your brother were workout freaks back in the day. I remember your brother benching the whole stack on a Nautilus machine at the Plano rec center when he was like 15. I was a skinny little dude back then.

i have a membership at the 24 hour fitness on park and ohio...where do you guys work out? I have to wait a few more weeks before I can start working out again...put on like 5 lbs in the last month that I need to get rid of! I'm so weak for my size

 

I can't go to the one off Park/Ohio since it's a "Super Sport". My membership allows only Sports or Active clubs. I go to Parker/Alma in Plano.

Tried to keep in touch with Rippetoe a while back.. but I may have said a few wrong things and such. Brooks... hrm... dunno bout him.. haven't seen him in ages. I also didn't go to that HS reunion either... cause I'm not corny enough. Maybe next time i suppose.

 

Oh well...i don't keep in touch with anyone from HS either. I did get a hold of Ryan Trujillo a few weeks ago. He's teaching out in El Paso apparently, and his brother Rene is some web designer for NASA.

I got that invitation too...I'm not corny either.
