Anybody need mods installed?

Just wanted to see if anyone needed anything installed...been feeling the urge to work on cars. I'll probably be installing a grounding kit this coming Friday for TedRuxpin, so if anyone needs anything else done let me know.

Can you install a fuji y-pipe and fuji exhaust, looking to order these this week. Grubbs quoted me $200, seems pretty high for a bolt-on exhaust? Also interested in a grounding kit and UR pulleys. Thanks.

I can do the Y-pipe, exhaust, and grounding kit without a problem. I'll have to check on the pullies...might not have the correct tools for that.

I will pm you when I order so that we can set up a install date. Just curious as to where all of this will take place? Do you have a shop that you work out of? Thanks

I can do it in my house in the garage. I don't work at a shop anymore. Used to work at Intercrew Auto Salon in Richardson for about two years.

Actually I just saw your location in N. Richland Hills...my gf lives off Denton Highway/820 area. I could go over to your place on the weekend and do the work at your place if you'd like. I live in Wylie which is just east of Plano.

I'm in...maybe

Moog -

I have a Stillen hi-flo air box that I managed to snag free of charge from a buddy . It isn't that big a deal to install but I own no tools so if I can't get a hold of any I may be interested in meeting up. Let me know where you're doing the grounding kit install.

I live off 820 as well, between Rufe Snow and 377, so if you coming out here is convenient then that would be great. I work in Addison so it would not be to hard for me to meet you either, I just dont know how I would transport the exhaust system. Whatever the case may be, I will get a hold of you when the exhaust comes in and we will meet up somewhere.

Thanks,
Robin

Anytime you want to meet up is cool. I'm off on Fridays, so that would probably work best. Grounding kit install is postponed right now with Ted Ruxpin.

What does a grounding kit do? Is it just for looks?

It's supposed to help ground your engine's electrical system better. Smooths out your idle and on my 5AT it actually shifts a lot smoother than pre-grounding kit.

I actually make them if you're intersted in a set. I have blue, clear, red, and smoked wire colors.

How far do you live from Granbury? I live in Glen Rose, not far from Granbury. Anyway, you should check out the May 16th thread I just started.

Eddie, did you ever get yours installed? I live in Irving....close to 161/114/635 area.

If you guys ever do a small weekend meet or something to do installs let me know. Wouldn't mind getting together and helpin out. There's nothing better than getting your hands dirty workin on the cars...
