My 2 Fan stop workingn and engine over head. ( Not Same Time. last year 1, today 2).

Alway i drive in High Way, and the engine not show overhead Symptom

but Yesterday i driving in low speed 10 MpH aprox 80 min " high Traffic"
and engine over Head Again

In the Obd Tool show 230 ºF. max. with A/C. without A/C the temp warn up.

for Diagnosis the Problem i used Scanner with test component and test

2 fan motor.

the result was thats one fan need small knock for temporaly work.

After remove the 2 fan i opened the motor and i see that the rail for slide the brush is very strech and the spring not has a full force for push the brush with the axis.

the the small screwdriver open de rail for brush slide good.

This was solution.

I dont Know if is desperfect of manufacture? but 2 time in 2 fan, same condition on strech rail.

remember that for push the axis again you need rollback the 4 brush and keep with the small clip
