Help - Urgent - Reverse lights LED

Hi all,

I've recently took it upon myself to buy some LED lights for my reverse lights....

I had zero issues installing the rear Right LED lights...
When I came across the left side, i know you're suppose to turn it "counter-clockwise" and pull the bulb out, but the Reverse light Housing is preventing me from turning it. Then I assumed if i remove the power source connecting to the light bulb it would let me turn it it counter-clockwise...

For anyone who's installed this before, how do you unplug the power source connecting to that bulb? I think that's the issue.

Forgot to mention this is on a G37X Sedan.

This photo depicts what I'm describing...As you can see that housing is impeding my attempt to "turn counter clockwise".. THe power source is disconnected from the bulb assembly, how does one take that apart?
