Anyone know how to remove trunk and hood?

looking at the trunk i'm wondering how to remove the harness so whoever knows how to remove the trunk or have any advice for me, that will be greatly appreciated.

to remove the trunk...

As for the hood, how do i remove the cover over the screws on the hood and also how to remove the windshield wipers built in to it?

Thanks in advance and yes i searched.

Going to need to drop the hood and trunk at a local carbon fiber company *hint hint*
