Had these and returned them. They feel cheap.

 

The OEM all season mats are sturdy and effective, nothing wrong with them at all. Neither cheap nor upscale, just good basic rubber mats designed to fit the car. However, Weathertechs do a better job at keeping winter crap off the carpet.

Like I said a few days ago, I still use the all season rubber mats in the winter, then swap them out for Maxpider mats during 3-season.

 

Can you tell me how much it cost. I am also looking for one.

 

In NY you need the coverage of the Maxspiders during the winter. Here in SoCal, the Exactmats work fine as I used them on my 2004.5 G35 for years as well.

I would agree. Those might be effective, but... that's about all I can say.

 

They look better IRL as you can clearly see the logo on the factory mats through the clear plastic (which has a nice tactile feel); they do have more of a preservation aesthetic vs style. The issue is that I grew up looking at rubber/plastic mats as standard oem in low end cars, or a necessary addition to a work truck or 4x4. I like the look of carpeted mats better in a upscale passenger car, but am too OCD and see every grain of sand that gets lodged in a carpeted mat. Carpeted mats also look very old quickly, as one can see in just about any rental car they drive.
