body work

Someone bumped into my rear bumper a couple of months ago and I've been meaning to get it fixed (just needs to be sanded down and repainted). That being said we are in middle of winter. If I were to get it done during winter, do the elements have any negative affect on the fresh paint, or should I wait until spring?

The elements don't if done correctly...

You may need to only wet sand and buff
