Tear On Leather Seats

I've had the car less than a month and I'm not sure if the tear happened before I purchased the car or after but I just noticed it today (picture attached).

Is there anything that can be done about it? Maybe stitched up or something? It would super suck if it continued to rip when someone sits there so I need to find a way to prevent it from tearing further as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks guys!!

Take it to a professional- this will be the best and most affordable solution. The only other option is to replace the bottom cushion, they usually go for about $200-$500 on eBay.
