how to get rid of these blemishes on my steering wheel?

Just discovered these white pesky particles embedded on the steering wheels. Thus, how can I get rid of them? Any recommendations?

Malathion lotion. jk unless your head itches a lot too. Just leather cleaner with a brush. My favorite is leathermasters which you can get from detailers domain.
