I've been kicking myself ever since. A guy I work with has a 1998 S 500, black, and he needed the paint corrected.

I did the work for him in my driveway/garage and he helped. We washed, dried, clay bar, polished and sealed it.

I told him I'd do it for $80, but then he helped me do it, so I said $60. When I was finished, he gave me $100. His paint was like silk and I got just about every last swirl out (maybe 95%).

I'm no detailer. I'm an amateur that just enjoys the hobby. Took me 4+ hours just to do the paint... with his help.

What did you use? what buffer and products? I call BS if you don't come up with answers!

I used Meguiar's 105/205 and a Flex buffer. Sealed it with BFWD.

He's bringing his car back for waxing soon, so I will get pictures this time.
