ONR? Please elaborate for the unenlightened

I ordered one as well Phil. Very interested to try this out, and it will be nice to cut a lot more time out of the process.

This looks very interesting. I have quite a few customers lined up and the reason I won't do the work is the extended clay bar time. (it kills my back). This could be my savior.

As soon as I get mine I can give you an impression of it. I am currently driving a pretty horribly neglected 16 year old white Maxima to work every day in a pretty industrial area. It will be a great candidate to test it out. I'll do half the hood with clay and half with the Nanoskin and give a review of the effectiveness, speed, and ease of use compared to clay.

Please do. I'm anxious to hear. My father has a white 06 Tahoe and 24' boat waiting for my hands. And frankly my new g is freaking huge! This could really help.

Seems promising though.

I just spent the last hour vetting the EXPLOSION of this product. Seems like every detail forum has some discussion on it. As well as every stinking forum. Someone has done a very good rollout in the past week. As a IT guy, I'm impressed.

That said I just watched a bunch of vids. Found the guy from Innovative detailing. He actually seems to very knowledgable and does quite a few highend details routinely. The fact that he said he like the product impressed me. Although, I haven't seen him try it on an Audi or Ferrari on a video yet. He still does all those by hand.

I have already used this on more than one Audi including my own in black as well as a few Porsches no issues at all.

Phil, I know this may be a little off-topic, but what's your experience with our G paint. How soft is it? I've done all my own detailing, including my B7 A4 and 05 CTS-V. Just wondered what the G paint is like.

The 2 BMW correction posts you just made, both were clay bar'd.
But you stated you used it on the last 14 cars??

I would love to see a video of it used on a Porsche or Ferrari before hitting mine with it!!!!

Mine just came in!!

I decided to quickly test it on a pretty neglected Dark Forest Green 2004 Expedition, that has not seen wax since 2005, and for the last 4 years only gets washed every couple of months!!

Bottom line, it works!!!

On this neglected truck, it was about 90% effective in getting everything out, but thats saying a lot for how it started. I did the hood which was the worse part. It was pretty darn smooth after a quick pass with the Nanoskin.
Followed by a pass with Meguiars 300, and 301 on my PC, this paint was almost new.
Still had some very minor scratching since Megs 300 is not very aggressive and I bought it for the G37.
Meguiars 105 would have been more effective.

Anyway, my opinion, is that this would be perfect for a car with moderate to minor issues, and someone who didnt want to spend hours with a claybar.
Thats the case with me, and my G!!
