OB G37: Soap scud wont budge!

hey guys, at the area around the headlights theres some crusted in soap scud that simply wont move! I washed the area like 4 times today to no avail. Any tips?

Hard water, car washing or self-wash establishments that recycle their water; can leave extensive water treatment chemical and mineral (Calcium and Magnesium) residue that often stains painted surfaces; if caught straight away they can sometimes be removed with a limonene (citrus type solvent cleaner (P21S Total Auto Wash)

However if these chemical residues have etched the surface it will require an abrasive polish or wet-sanding to remove
