Blue pen mark on my beige leather seat

Courtesy of Discount Tire. That'll teach me to use their free tire rotation service.

Any suggestions for removal?

I have a suggestion:

Call the manager at the Discount Tire and tell them you want a new seat.

Aside from that, Mr. Clean Magic eraser. But I'd go the "bitching out discount tire manager" route first.

No, don't call them. You go and talk to them in person.

That's what I did, when they broke my Vossen centercap. And they ordered me a brand new one.

Milk took blue pen ink stain out of my microfiber sofa. Found it on Martha Stewart's tips online. The fifteen or so other things I tried before the milk did not work.

If a manager is going to "take care of you" because you stopped by (inconveniently, I might add), rather than calling, take your business to a different shop. Sure the personal touch is nice, but it shouldn't matter. This guy gave put his trust in the shop that did the work, and they screwed it up. A manager should be quick to repair the situation no matter how it was communicated. Even if it's just a quick "Hey, tell your guys to be careful next time".

Thanks - I tried all the suggestions (plus Lexol leather cleaner) and this is the only thing that worked.

That Mr Clean Magic Eraser is a great product, though. Took the shoe scuff marks off the plastic on my inner door in one swipe.
