Ive tried to just waxed them out and have used some other stuff but i dont feel like wasting money trying new things out. so i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get the oxidation rings left behind from the sprinkers at my aprt?

 

I believe you mean water spots not oxidation. They can be polished out by machine polishing or with a product like Chemical Guys Water Spot Remover.
