Same thing happened to my friends STI. It cracked the clearcoat and he was NOT able to buff it out.

I made sure i had the G in my garage for the evening. Damn punks w/ nothing better to do on Halloween.

Sorry to hear OP & GL. Im sure with a good detailer you can get that out. Might take a very abrasive polish w/ an aggressive pad (yellow) to buff out.

I just mean scratches.. NO bubble or dent just a circular line of scratches.. When I feel with my finger nails it feels like a scratch. Not sure how to tell how deep it is..

those will not buff out. u can try touching them up but if you want it perfect you need a repaint. i had that happen to my first car TWICE! and was pissed off bc they were visible and looked just like your picture above. i dont understand what ppl get out of egging someones car

I don't see the damage. Can the impact from an egg really cause permanent paint/clear coat damage?

yea lol exactly, "specs"

i guarantee that wont depreciate the value of your car. but if you plan on going to pebble beach anytime soon, you can minimize its already minimal appearance by wet sanding and polishing.

re-clearing it at a body shop is just overboard

I'm pretty sure it would have an affect on the buyer if they saw that, so in that case I think it would depreciate some..
