Oil residue all over entire car!

I was driving home from work tonight, in the torrential rain that we have had all day long. One of the roads that I HAVE to take to get home was recently "resurfaced" with gravel/oil mix. Well, in the heavy rain that was pooling on the road, this messy mix has been "driven" out of tire range and into the middles of each lane. Since that happened, all of the water that was spraying up on my and everyone elses car was rich with oil, and its ALL OVER my car- paint, glass, clear bra, wheels, etc...

I had some things that I had to take care of when I got home, and when I went down to the garage to go to dinner, all you can see on my black car is oil, and all over.

I took my car through a touchless car wash, hoping that some of the soaps would help break up the oil and get it off of the paint, but nope.

Once I got back home, I took Dawn dish soap to the windshield to try and get the residue off of the glass, but that didnt' really work either. The paint has oil residue stains all over it and I really need to get it off, and I have no idea how to do it.

Any suggestions as to how to get this crap off of my car would be GREATLY appreciated! OR, if anyone knows an excellent detailer in the Madison Wisconsin area, hit me up ASAP!

Thanks!
