What Would You Do?

Hi guys, Need some advice please. Have a new G37 in Platinum Graphite.
The paint looks like a mirror, but when I pull my hand over it, there
are very very fine raised bumps ....approximately 1 per square inch
on the hood, trunk and roof. My question is what process, and
products should I use to get rid of these? Thanks.

Correct. Clay bar should be your solution.
