Don't take it to the dealer man. They'll probably end up makin it worse. No joke.

Never goto the dealership for a detail, They will F**** your car up really badly, They washed my car after its service and ended up putting scratches all over my trunk which i had to get cleaned up out of my pocket, Take my word for it.

If your willing to Travel to Whitestone, Ny then i will forward you to someone, just let me know.

It depends on what kind of detail you want, Plain hand wash with claybar and wax? Takes about an hour or and hour and half, while you wait.

It all depends on the dealer.

Does the dealer pay someone 8 bucks an hour to wash cars, or do they have an independantly contracted detailing company?

Don't take your car to the dealer, they will f*ck it up for sure, I had a bad experience myself and had to pay to have it fixed out of my own pocket.

A top-notch detail will run about $400 or more on a G37...exterior and interior

dont say every dealer will... we have a full detail shop and sometimes just have a pro come and do the detailing if it's a huge job.

Most detail snobs around here will tell you to stay away from the dealer. Swirl marks and minor scratches are certainly likely to occur but if you don't sweat the small stuff and just want a clean car returned to you then don't worry about it....

If you don't care about a quality job and don't mind swirl marks and scratches, why not just do it yourself and save money?

Because the dealer does it for free whenever I get service. Can't save more than free....
