I haven't. Not even a few bucks off. Sites that sell it exclude it from sales or discount coupons. I suppose it's an issue of supply and demand and they don't really have to offer any discount on it. But if anyone ever happens to see it for less than full retail, please post a link here.

Detailed Image is my source for everything (except a few Items I like that DI doesn't carry) but discounts that he gives never apply to this item. It's pretty much the same story at every other internet vendor as well. They may go on sale maybe once a year but I missed it.

George, hook a brotha up! Don't make me cheat on you. I love you George! No homo.

I was half joking but if there's enough of us begging for a little discount maybe George will see this and hook us up.

I've noticed this with the majority of machine polishers. I believe it's because there isn't much mark-up on them at all. I could be wrong though.

Don hit the nail on the head, there simply isn't much margins in the buffers. Flex is also enforcing pricing at $279.99. We ran a buffer sale back on Black Friday and it didn't go over so well with Flex.

We do offer a Flex with a Free Bag

I could see what I could do about making a couple of package options with some free things along with the Flex, like some pads or a polish or something. Give me some ideas, but the price has to be $279.99.

Cheers,

George

Thanks for chiming in George. I understand your dilemma. I buy from you not primarily because of price (very competitive among most internet detailing vendors) , but because of the flawless service you've provided me over the past year of doing business with you. Thank you.

I don't have any use for the bag, got my own detailing kit. How about a package with the Flex and some free pads and pad cleaners? I saw a package at another vendor site that had the Flex and (4) 6" pads of your choice. Can you do that for $279.99? If so, I'm on it right away!
