Zaino products on an 09 (self-healing question)

I have a 2009 in black and was curious if anyone had any experience with any zaino products on the new self-healing clear coat. I have some swirling I would like to take care of, apparently the self-healing clear coat is a gimmick, or my car isn't in the FLORIDA sun enough...but the swirls aren't going anywhere. I've used zaino before for waxing, and absolutely swear by their products.

Has anyone used either the new zaino AIO, z2 or z5 on the new clear-coat?
thanks

Im interested in this answer as well. I love the zaino products and use Z2 and Z with ZFX as well as the Z7 detailing spray. Is this safe on the '09 paint? I've also read mixed reviews about the safety of using a caly bar on an 09 (some psot say yes, some say no). Is there any definitive answer to this for 09s?

There will be no issues at all using zaino on your 09 paint.

Based on the fact that I have used Zaino ZPC and Z2pro on a new GT-R.

Zaino does not make an abrasive compound.

How else can I help you?

In my opinion, I think this self healing clear is a joke. Personally, I would treat it the same as any other car. Again, this is my personal opinion, I am not advocating this practice as the correct way to take care of their 09.

Lou looked at my car when it was getting tint/clear bra and he couldn't see any swirl on it. So it's more than marketing gimmick, only times will tell I guess.

I wouldn't really call it a gimmick just cause it's not working out for you. I've got no swirls and had mine for a couple months already, plus my mom scratched an area a few times near the door with her ring when pulling the handle and all was gone the next week. I keeped mine parked in the driveway with no trees blocking the suns view. So that may be your problem. One thing is wrong is that they say it takes a few days for the scratch to clear up, but it can actually take a week to a week and a half.

maybe thats my problem, our weather is usually at -10 celcius and the car only gets sun light when is at work, at home is usually in the garage, I'll give it time when summer rolls in and temperatures start to go up.
