Car Wash Questions

1. What color is your G and how often do you wash it?
2. What products (shampoos, towels, brushes, tire cleaners, rim cleaners, etc.) do you use?
3. How often do you wax/polish your car?
4. How do you deal with annoying paint chips?

I've got a BO G and wash it at least once a week. I use a formula called ice car wash from turtle wax with a sheep skin washing mitt and dry with a few microfiber towels. I've only had the car for 1 month and I just waxed it a few days ago and will probably do it again in about a month. It breaks my heart to see little chips in the paint. I need to get some touch up paint from Nissan. Anybody know where I can order this and the proper way to apply it?

Ther is an entire sub forum for these questions. It's the detailing forum. The thread that is stickied called "Ask a professinal detailer" is particularly good and will answer just about any question you might have. Don't be lazy. Read it all, don't skim.

BTW, this thread should be in the detailing section, not here.

Agreed with both points... There are many threads where people are posting their favorite detailing supplies. I suggest we continue adding to those and not clutter with new thread.
