washing a black G
Should I always go to a hand car wash to wash a BLACK g37 or is it ok to go to a regular car wash?

Neither. If you really care about the quality of your paint, you'll have to wash it yourself. Not only outside car washes cost a lot these days, but they also swirl up your paint really fast. Black is the most visible for blemishes, so I suggest you to hand wash your own car.

i usually do it myself or hit up the self service bay at car washes. obviously it all depends on how well they take care of their equipment at those places.

Anything is better than leaving the dirt on the car, so if you don't have much time go to your friends car wash.

hm, it really depends on how your friend's car wash does things, what do they use, how do they do it?
NEVER take your car to a regular car wash, it'll get swirls so fast
best thing imo is to do it yourself, because it's yours and you'll take pride in making it in tip top condition

Don't go to the carwash, when I had my OB G35 I would still get swirls washing it myself.
A carwash will give you more swirls than you could ever imagine.

Yes, I'm working on it this weekend.
But as everyone else has said... For the love of the G, do not allow anyone but your very own hands touch your black paint.

Yep black is the worst. Hand wash it using the 2 bucket method. Or spray the mit or sponge out every time before you put it back in the soap bucket.
