Hey guys,

Maybe someone can help me. My front bumper has some sort of clear film on the bottom. I've had the G since mid-January & overtime it begun peeling off a bit & what bothers me is that dirt collects in the corners. It even has a pretty big air bubble right smack in the center! (4th pic)

So, my question is, is this something that was put on for pre-delivery of the car or is it something that is meant to protect the bumper against scratches for the customer? Is it something I can go to my dealership & ask for a fix??

I ask because i'm waiting to install the Stillen Front Splitter & wanted to get this small situation out of the way first.....

 

That is intended to be protection for the car while it's in transit and is normally removed before delivery. Peel it off. If you want permanent protection, get a clear bra put on that covers the entire front bumper or the whole front end.

 

Yeah that is definately not a piece of clear bra. Just peel it off and you will be fine.
