Detailing Project This Weekend... PICS!!! 56k, ROTFLMAO!

Okay... So I'm doing my traditional detailing project that I try to every few months this weekend. Here's my steps for this weekend...

1) Wash
2) Clay
3) Wash
4) Polish (Menzerna PO106FF)
5) Glaze (Menzerna Finishing Touch)
6) Sealant (Menzerna FMJ)
7) Wax (Natty's Blue)
8) All the rest like wheels, tires, interior etc.

This thread is reserved for pics later, however, since I'm OCD and everything must be done under shelter including the wash, I needed a place for my bike. I didn't want to leave it outdoors... Not a place better than the kitchen. Lol...

Okay... Now for the pics:

1st Wash - In progress pic

Taped ClearBra Edge

Polishing with PO106FF

Decided to Clean the Bike Mid-stream while I had the hose out

Ahhh.... Nice and Imperfection Free

A few photos in the driveway:

A few others I took late in the day (Quality okay... Tried out Widescreen on my Camera for the first time and quality isn't as good):

Yes... This is the reflection on the hood:

Some More:

Still trying to figure out my camera and all the options...

The job turned out great! Menzerna products have prooved themselves again.

Nice. I'm practicing (between thunderstorms) on my '96 Pearl White Maxima to get my technique perfected with the PC and the Menzerna SIP and the PO106FF for polishing followed by Poorboy's Black Hole glaze, EX sealant, and Nattty's Blue wax. If I can get that 12 year old neglected paint to shine, the G should be a breeze! Good work and the pics are better than you give yourself credit for.

Haha... Thanks man!!! Keep me updated on the new Poorboy's Black Hole stuff. I saw it on the site and was tempted to buy. Would love to hear how people like it.

Will do. I wish DI had it (hint, hint George!) so that i didn't feel like I was cheating on them buy buying it somnewhere else. It may be a week or so before I get to use it though.

It was raining that evening and there is no chance in hell the bike is staying out overnight (rain or shine).
