Aquapel

I've used it since 2002.

Never had any complaints and it lasts a long time. Applied it to the G last night. Although its quite expensive. It took 4 applicators to cover the windshield, sunroof, side mirrors, back window, drivers and passenger window and the rear stationary windows. Each applicator is about 8 dollars a piece.

Anyways, I bought from Tire Rack and the shipping was lightning fast.

What's the difference between Aquapel and Rain-X?

I've used Rain-X before in So.Fla, where it constantly rains for 1/2 the year, and would recommend it to anyone. I was curious what the difference between these 2 were however...

I use Rain-X as well and find that works great and lasts for quite a long time. What is the improvement from Aquapel?

I've always heard that Rain-X can cause your damage to your wiper blades (probably a myth) but in just my experience Aquapel lasts much longer and does a better job of beading up the water. I've also noticed it does a great job of preventing hard water etching on the glass.

I was introduced to the it back in 2002 and have used it ever since.
