Looking for a G37 trim expert/enthusiast in Toronto (GTA)

Hi,
I'm willing to pay/compensate a kind soul/shop if only I can find the right person and right fit (not interested in going to dealerships).
I'm looking for someone in Toronto area (GTA) who can help me do the following:

a) fix and troubleshoot the very common sunroof leak (more info below)
b) replace gear shift ****

I've asked my regular mechanic (iGarage in Markham) for help/referrals but they could not help. They simply do not do random "odd jobs" that are out of the norm. I will order all the parts myself from RockAuto but I need someone who is comfortable/knowledgeable/experienced to help with removing/re-assembling car trims, etc. I am not comfortable with doing this myself because I don't have the right touch and I've broken things in the past. Two years ago the passenger well had a huge puddle of water (water coming from behind glovebox) and I attempted to fix the issue with a friend by replacing the firewall grommet behind the glovebox area. It took us 3-4 hours in the cold when the YT video only showed 30 mins (my friend did most of the work) so it's safe he's not willing to help again. Few weeks ago, a friend was sitting in the passenger seat and when we went thru a car wash and they claimed they felt water from atop. Then just last week, i saw water leaking again from the glovebox area into the passenger well so I knew this was no joke. I'd love to just replace all the drainage/tubes leading from the sunroof drain and redirect it to the AC area as suggested by one of the forum threads here, maybe replace the firewall grommet again (last time when we took it out, it looked dirty and worn out) but it's only been two years so maybe not. Either way, I need a soluton asap.

Can anyone help???
