Willowdale Infiniti

The Willowdale Infiniti has completed its renovation separating its showroom and service area with the Nissan. The waiting area has been modernized. It is clean and inviting. More importantly it has a new service manager – Robert.

I made an unscheduled repair on Easter Monday and was given a G25 over night as they can’t finish the repair for me the same day.

There is no question that the shop is much improved and the staffs are friendly. Give it a try and you will like it.

It is good they get rid off that tool (old service manager). I might give them a try to see if they would fix my wind shield/dash cracking noise. I was too worried about those monkeys screwing up my car because the old service manager didn't give me enough confidence to hand them my keys. Btw, What was wrong with your car and did they scratch your paint etc?

I know Alta Infiniti is undergoing rennovations too.

Personally, I've never heard anything good about Willowdale Infiniti. Hopefully they're changing for the better.

A fawn ran through my windshioeld last August and my car in the body for 6+ weeks repair replacement almost everything. JUst when I got it back snow came and put it in storage and didn't really get a chance to test it.

I put the car back on the road two weeks ago from winter storage and noticed the steering wheel was a little loose. I took it back and get them adjusted it. It works great now.
