Question Tpms

I purchased my car from Hyatt infiniti in Calgary and usually get my service done there however last time i was disappointed. I will have to put my winter tires on in late october does the dealer have to do it or can places like fountain tire reset tmps. Also does anybody recommend get oil changes done at places other than dealer. Fountain tire has $50.00 special, dealer would charge at least 125.00 for same thingJAMIN:

what I had done for $50.00 was oil change, switch tires and reset tpms,52 pt inspection, top off fluids, lubricated chassis, differential oil was topped up.
Yes if I had this done at Hyatt it would have been at least $125.00 and I would have to leave it for couple of hours

That price is dirt cheap.

Why did your differential oil need topping off? Is it leaking?

Wow that is super cheap.

But dealer uses the Nissan Ester oil while the tire shop will just use some generic 5w-30

Drive up to edmonton. Ericksin will reset the TPMS for free. but yes you do need to go to the dealer to reset the TPMS. I get it done 2 wice a year on my G and FX. I have never been charged and I have never made an appointment for it.
