if i change the fog light to hid
does color of DRL change?

They don't "turn on". You have to get them wired to the fog lights. The Fog lights are the DRLs. When you turn the car on, the fog light come on. Any automotive/electronics shop should be able to do it, or go to Canadian Tire.
You have to have the DRLs enabled and brought to an RIV inspection location 45 days after you import. You should be receiving "form 2" in the mail from RIV with that information and the locations of the RIV inspection locations.
