Can you guys verify the calculations ?
Seems like the savings are pretty significant (based on max discount in canada vs $1,500 discount in the US)

In the US:
Pearl paint is free
You can get more than $1500 off (invoice)
There are taxes on duty
Shipping is $1000 if you pick it up at the border & drive into Canada yourself
RIV fee is $205
DRL @ CT is $200 I've read

In Canada:
Spoiler is only sold w/ Sport Pkg I think
$4500 is a Infiniti rebate, you can still get a discount off the dealer ($1500)

GST/PST/duty is based on the canadian price. convert your US price (A12+B1) to canadian.

I follow these kinds of threads in a number of forums; the OTD prices have definitely come down in Canada for most manufacturers. You can thank the likes of myself, rrrevin, HP and the countless others that have gone the import route -- I don't believe the manufacturers would have reacted as quickly as they did if it wasn't for the number of US imports coming north. My OTD was 45K with all taxes/duties in -- I did not opt for Navi, I would expect an OTD w/Navi of $47K to be very much possible now that the model is no longer considered new.

Yep, rear spoiler is included in the $49,950 price. Aim for at least 6k off msrp + delivery. Ivory pearl is the only color you pay the $295 for.

Completely agree, if no 1 imported, the Cdn prices wouldn't have changed. I'm actually surprised at how good some of the Cdn G prices haven't gotten lately ($4500 rebate, + $2500 discount now possible).
