i'm just wondering if any of you canadians who bought the g37 have the splash guards?? i want it but the salesman at infiniti markham.. doesn't even know about it... ordering my car today

 

They were not available when I received the car, but they have just arrived at the dealer in Edmonton. They are shipping them to me - I will give you more details once I receive them.

 

Edmonton has them eh? I guess i will be buying them too. How much?

 

I bought my G37 in Edmonton in the beginning of November. My car never came with the splash guards either. If I was to order any, I would only keep them on in the winter anyway. Nice to hear that they are in now though.

 

Just curious - how much is the cdn dealerships charging?

 

I have them on my car, they're $200USD MSRP ($157 INVOICE).

I'm not sure if they're worth it, they're practically flush to the body of the car (look really hard). I'm not sure I like the look of it either, but they came with the car so oh well.

 

Where you from in Alberta? When the weathter gats nicer we should try and get the albertians together for a meet.

What do you mean by after market accessory? They're OEM splash guards.

Very nice, looks like there are lots of IP owners on this forum, and by your reference to Infiniti Markham, we're practically in the same city! (damnit, I thought I'd be the only one with a G37 IP around here... )

So how much are you paying for your car? Do they have it on their lot?

60000.. they took 3300 off... nope i don't have the car yet.. i'm getting a
feburary production car so it should be here in march..

I had them installed by the dealer when I bought the car in the US. They were an extra 200$.

They are really small and don't protect a whole lot. Not worth the money IMO.

i think it makes the car look fatter (in a uglier kind of way)
anything to make our g look lean, the better !

 

the car came up to 60gs Vince inc.. i still don't have it.. march is the delivery.. although the salesman is trying to sell me one now.. i refused because i don't want to drive it during snow(i don't have a beater) and i can wait... i got one question for psyh(or to anybody), my dealer doesn't sell the splash guards.. would i be able to go to another infiniti that sells it.. and have it installed there? because IMO.. it completes the look of the car..esspecially from the rear.. thanks agaaain..

 

I think they just screw it on, and maybe a little glue for good measure.
