Any Albertians out there with the G yet? I know there are a few because a few have sold. Well in Edmonton anyway. We wont mention that other city. JK.

Ok so you are in Canada, then you will have a spoiler with your car if you got the sport package.

I'm in Alberta but I don't know why I'm helping you, especially with that little crack about the better city south of you

There are about 20 or so in Calgary currently, mine just arrived today, I just got the call from my dealer today

Oh and it's Albertan (trying hard not to make an Edmonton joke right now)

Haha no way man, Go Flames go! It should be interesting to see the battle of Alberta this year. Picking up Pitkanen and Souray will definitely help with blueline scoring. The Flames are out to a bad start though 0-3 in the preseason so far!

Well I don't know any car clubs in particular in Edmonton, but if you want to mingle with the local enthusiasts, there is a large online community called 780 tuners. It is based in Edmonton and you will definitely find all the information you want on local clubs etc. there. Not to mention they probably hold their own meets weekly as well. They also organize cruises which tend to be a good way to meet other enthusiasts.

Haha yeah Calgary is sucking it up big time in the preseason, oh well one more game against the greasers before the regular season. They finally won tonight though against the Sharks, and they fielded Marleau, Thornton and Cheechoo on the same line!

Oh yeah another note, you're going to love the G37 Shumby, not even 1 day old and I already can't stop running down to the garage to look at it.

Hey, not to update old posts here, but I just joined. I live in E-town myself. It would be good to get a group of G37/G35 ers out in one place.

Just picked up my 08 G37S coupe. I think I'm in love. Just gotta do something about the off the line pickup. Got a Stillen CAI on order, that should help a little. Tough to do to many mods without blowing the warranty.

Anyways, good to see there are some other Albertans here.

'Nother 'Albertian' here, though not a 37 driver, at least until they bring over the G37X Sport Sedan. I agree it'd be fun to get an Alberta 35/37 meet together, I organized a (very) small one last fall on G35Driver but looking to do a bigger one late spring. I'll post up here as well if you guys and gals are interested.

BTW, how's that whole Flames/Oilers thing going now? Let me check the standings... Can't say much, having two straight losses...except

Go Flames!

Nice to see another fan that knows the right team to support! But man can't talk much right now, the Oilers are going to miss the playoffs but they aren't doing bad (despite the stomping from Colorado yesterday) right now. They're going to have an insane offense the next few years. Calgary on the other hand is just getting their butts handed to them by the East stars (Ovechkin, Kovalchuk). Iginla isn't as much of a game breaker as those guys. Oh well Calgary needs to pick it up or they could potentially miss the playoffs too. Just way too tight in the NW division as always.
