Edmunds has the dealer retail at $14.8 so that's too high IMO.

Ignore me. I'm an idiot. Completely missed the sedan part. Scoop it up ASAP if you want it. They sell quickly

The seller holding it for you? If so, I'd get that in writing. Seen/read a couple horror stories where guys make the trip to pick up a 6MT and seller/dealer sold the car from underneath of them.

6MT sedans are definitely rare. Wonder what mine would go for with 35K miles (also '12). No intention of selling it any time soon, but who knows. In these parts awd is the norm.

2012 35k extremely low miles, nice .
After enough research I’ve realized that the 6MT sedans are definitely rare gems.

According to Reddit, most perspective buyers are willing to pay $1-3k over MSRP for a 6MT G37 Sedan. That's just been my experience while browsing.
