Please help me decide between 2007 G35x and 2009 G37x
There is also another dealership offering similar price.
Used 2013 Infiniti G37x l Denver Area Dacono Colorado l Rickenbaugh Infiniti JN1CV6AR0DM752359
Maybe I'll just offer both of them $23,000 out the door and see what they say.
See what they say. You may not get a yes right away. But, wait a couple weeks and they may call you. They only have so long to sell a car then it goes to auction and they end up selling it for cheaper anyways.
Thank you very much for your inquiry. We appreciate your interest and your offer for the G37x.
For me to offer the best pricing possible, I'd encourage you to come in and take a look. The car has a CPO warranty, so you have the assurance it's been fully inspected, new tires, etc.
We don't have very much markup in our pricing. Come in and take a look.
I work 9 to 5 today and Tuesday is my day off. Please let me know a convenient time for you to come in today.
Not sure what to make of it or how I should respond. Maybe, I should say, how I have almost perfect credit and ready to buy the car right now? Or Just say thank for your time, I will consider offers from other dealerships and make a decision from the best offer? Or maybe I should go take a look with financing in my hand and see what I can work them down to?
Thanks
Alright this is how I'm thinking of replying:
Thank you for taking the time to get back to me quickly. Currently I'm considering multiple offers for similarly equipped cars. I would love to come and take a look but I need to be sure I'm getting a good deal so I'm not wasting your time. Please don't take this the wrong way, I'm fairly busy right now and would like minimize my trips to dealerships. Should I consider $25,261+TTL your best offer? Again, thank you for your time and I look forward to working with you.
Does that sound reasonable? Before I decide to go in person. Still waiting for the other dealership to respond. I know they probably hate negotiating before I even see them.

Also, they don't want you to have your own financing because they make money off that too. The banks probably give them a kickback on the deal! You kind of need to find out how long the cars been in there inventory. The longer the better for you.
This website should give you an idea how long the cars been in their inventory.

Which has been on sale for 173 days according to cargurus, also I can tell from the carfax report. After I emailed them back they got back to me with $24,885 plus tax as their best offer. I haven't emailed them back after that. As far as the financing goes I just wanted to have an idea of what interest rate I can get so the dealership can't give me a BS number for interest.
I took a look at cars.com and searched the CPO cars available. The specific car you chose is the fifth from the cheapest (we have 3 of the 5 least expensive available). No other Infiniti dealer in Denver offers CPO warranties. I'm happy to try and get you a better price, but the discount will be very minimal from our asking price. I might be able to get you a few hundred $.
Let me know if you'd like to come in and drive it. I can always do the best when you're here.
Certification includes:
6-year/100,000-mile limited warranty
Comprehensive 167 point vehicle inspection
Roadside Assistance for the full warranty period
Is that CPO worth it? Here is the link to that car again:

For the white one, they are willing to do $24,000+550D&H+Taxes=$26,500 total. Doesn't include the registration fee. Wondering if I should go for it or wait for a better deal? or give them a counter offer? Again the car has been on the lot for 180 days.

thought you wanted to spend less than 20k, Stick to you guns on that, I did the same thing a year and half ago no more than 20k is what I told myself and found a 09 G37X with under 60k and paid 15,5K. I had to drive 8 hrs back and forth but to save like 3500$ it' was worth it for me( Local cars were pushing 20k).I took the $2900 of that and CPO'd the car on my own and have Infiniti wrap till 118k miles( cars at 78k ) or 4 more years. Mine doesn't have the tech package, but for me that's waste of $$$ I don't need a camera and my phone has NAV , LOL.. The cars are out there you just have to be patient.
