I'm looking at a used 2011 G37xS sedan. Seller lists that it has newer tires, is non smoker, has clean Carfax (verified), 59k miles, has intelligent cruise control, nav, premium, title in hand and is listed for $18900. From the few pictures he has posted it looks clean. Is the price right? Seems low to me. I'm afraid that it is too good to be true. Thanks in advance!

 

Price is good. It's a little miley. Depending when they bought it, averaged about 15k a year, plus it's probably almost out of factory warranty if it isn't already. Carfax is a joke. Only shows things that are reported by certain body shops and public record like a police report. Anyone can cut and paste a car to look good enough to sell and not show up on a Carfax or Autocheck, I use both. Check for tape lines, overspray and bolts under the hood that looked off or touched. Maybe the guys just needs some cash.

 

I offered to pay for an inspection at a dealer so the inspection will be done soon by Infiniti, is it worth haggling on price? Can I still get an extended warranty if dealer inspected?
