Another lease question

First time leasing but seems high compared to other - yes or no.
We walked and will see what they come back with tomorrow.

MSRP $36,525

Selling Price: $35,234

Capitalized Cost: $34,629

Upfront sales tax: $68

Acq: $700

Bank Residual = $22,280 (61%)
Total Deprecation: $12,349 (39months)

Monthly deprecation: $316

56, 910 x .000387 = $22

Base monthly: $338

6% Tax: $20

Total: $358

OTD = $1500

As we were walking out the door, they came down to $319 + tax $22 = $341

So based on that last offer with $1500 OTD rolled in (1500/39 = $38), it would be true sign and drive $341 + $38 = $379

Money factor is high, what else?

Got the MF to .00027

which now brings the monthly to 329 or 367 (true sign and drive).

What do you think?

The MF .00027 is an interest rate of.6% (.00027 x 2400 = .648)

I didn't end up as good. My sticker was the exact same as your. I put $2000 down and was at $398 for 39months 12k a year. My sales tax is also higher. How many miles a year are you at? I did trade in a 2012 Altima which I owed $17,500 on so had negative equity. All that matters to me though is Im happy with the car.

10k
If I remember right, 12k would of been an additional $16 a month

Look at truecar.com and see what they are offering in your area and then try and use that for your lease. In my area it shows maybe another $1000 off. Im assuming Sedan with Premium Package?

Yes, on the premium.

Based on the truecar, I was thinking the same - another 1k off or 1,500 (wishful thinking).
