Anyone hear that G37x inventory is dwindling? My dealer recently mentioned that, but may just be putting on the full court press.

For the coupe, yes, because the G37 name has been transitioned to Q60. The sedans should be plentiful, since they are continuing to produce them, alongside the Q50.
New inventory. So technically a new G37x coupe would be kind of rare. With that being said you can find an AWD Q60 rather easily, and it is the same car.
