How much should I pay for 2008 G37 coupe 6MT with 24K miles?

The asking price is $23K. Its not CPO or at an Infiniti dealer but at a Chrysler dealer. Carfax is clean and states one owner, car looks clean in online pics. I plan to test drive on the weekend and if everything looks good I will go for it. According to my research this car can be had for $20 to $21K, is this realistic?

All I can say is...Offer that price and see what they say. Worst they can say is no and maybe offer less on their end.

 

20 or 21 sounds about right if everything checks out given the low mileage. I would start @ 18 and see what they come back at. How long has it been on the lot? Perhaps set aside $ for extended warranty if concerned.

 

approx sitting around for a month could be more, they lowered the price from $24K to $23K, I spoke to a sales guy and he said that he will talk to the used sales manager and was pretty sure that price would be lowered. I was too was thinking about offering $19 and hoping I could seal the deal at $20-21K range. It's out of state for me but driving distance within 100 miles, not sure how much I would have to pay for other costs related to closing. I would definitely want to get an extended warranty, if I get the warranty out of state,will the local infiniti dealer honor it? Is the warranty directly from infiniti USA?
