Can you go test drive or have a technician friend look at it?

It says car rebuilt by insurance. As far as I know they would just total it not rebuild it. They total it and then you can buy the car back and get t rebuilt yourself. Seems very sketchy.

Better check with an insurance company to see if they will even insure it.

It has a rebuilt title, yet the owner doesn't disclose why. That should give you pause. Are you buying it for parts? Do you know how to tell what has been repaired on a car by inspecting it? Do you plan to keep this car for a very long time or never resell it? Are you willing to spend about $100 for a professional inspector to check out the car prior to purchasing it? Do you have the skill to repair things yourself or significant money set aside for unexpected repairs? If you answered yes to all of those questions, then it may be worth it. If not, it's probably not.

The fact that you are asking strangers on a forum if you should buy it or not leads me to believe that you have probably never bought a rebuilt title car before and don't have experience with it. So the simple answer for you is probably no, it's not worth it.
