Help with price on sued 2010 Sedan..opinions on trade-in?

How does a G37x 2010 Sedan with 13000 miles for $23599 + Tax (6.5%) out of the door sound? It has premium package and Nav package.
This is a used car that came off someone's lease

On a different note..what can be considered a good trade in range for a 2008 G37 Coupe Journey with Premium package?

Also wondering if AWD is needed for Atlanta weather or RWD will just do fine?
Just want to make sure I don't slip during winter months.

Some good ones I see are AWD though! Hopefully it doesn't take away the fun of driving a G

Thanks!

Don't know about the lease but snow is rare in Atlanta (Hotlanta) So I would do RWD. I live in Nashville which is 3.5 hours northwest and I have RWD.

You don't need awd in Atlanta, but hey tell all these suburbanites that they don't need their range rovers or h1 hummers

I live in Atlanta, you will not need AWD. The worst I've seen it was like 3 years ago when we had that freak snow storm that iced over the city for a week. The whole city shut down so there was no need to drive anywhere anyway.

awd is only needed for that single week a few years back (new years 2010, 2011? cant rmb) when only a bit of snow that iced over managed to shut down the entire city

AWD is definitely not needed here. I won't go into whether it is "needed" anywhere... but we don't even need snow tires here really.
