Okay so heres the deal.... I'm 17 and I'm getting my first car. Which of the two is flat out faster? Also, I love the coupe because of the looks and the feel but the sedan because I will probably have friends in my car a good amount of the time. Which should I get and why? Thanks

 

You WANT to have a bunch of friends in my car all the time? I had a G35 sedan and went to the G37 Coupe so that I would have less people in my car all the time. Your friends will make your car dirty as hell. Things will break, food and drink will spill, and leather will tear. Trust me. And I was your age not too long ago. I did some of the dumbest stuff in high school, 90% of it involved my car. To be honest, I don't know how I made it out of high school alive with the stupid stuff I did in my G35. So yeah, keep it safe. If you want to drive fast, keep it on the track and don't be putting your and other peoples' lives at risk.

 

Kid = short term thinking. Not thinking more than a week out and he wants to impress his friends. If he goes to college, the car will be trashed. There is no hope.

 

Both the sedan & coupe are fast and can accomodate and impress your friends. But you have to be responsible with the speed because it will be tempting.
Read what fast & speed can do to you and your friends if you're reckless and irresponsible. The accident is recent and the kids were the same age as you now.
