Returning '09, Grabbing '13

Hey Folks,

I've spoken with a handful of dealerships over the last week or so, and this is what I've gotten the deal down to so far. Am I getting a great deal, or just OK? Think I can do better? Keep in mind, the dealership offering me this price is the only one I've spoken to that actually has the car on the lot, the last one at that. Everyone else has said 2 weeks..

Moonlight White w/ Graphite interior w/ Prem Nav & Sport

MSRP-$46,100
Selling Price-$40,799

24 Month Lease
10k Miles per Year
$402 Due
$402/Month

These numbers include all taxes and fees.

Thoughts? The sell price includes my $1000 loyalty discount btw.

So the deal is basically done. Picking up on Monday or Tuesday, gotta drive 85 miles out to the dealership though..

I asked about doing MSD's, but was told that MSD's aren't done on 24mo. leases because the MF is so low (.0001).

Now, here's the mod list so far:

30-35% tint on all but front. May do something light on the front, but probably not. NYPD and all..

19" or 20" wheels. Not sure what kind. Having trouble finding something I think looks real nice, without looking "thugged out" I kinda like the 19's from the Coupe, but it's also a little boring..

Eibach Pro Kit

R2C Intake most likely

Fast Intentions CB most likely

Not sure if it's worth doing UpRev tune after everything is installed.

Any thoughts/comments are appreciated!!

Likely going to order everything within a week.

So you wouldn't rather wait to see the all new 2014 G sedan in 5 weeks? I guess they have to sell the remaining 2013s to someone.

Can't wait 5 weeks honestly. I'm perfectly happy with the 2013 for 2 yrs

Also, isn't the 2014 just being shown, not released yet?

Very true, and the whole point was to save on this car, because what I plan on getting after this is my dream car :-D

$350/mo. feels real cheap considering I just did 39mo @ $600/mo. :-/

Also, I left the '09 completely stock, except for tints, so modding the new one a bit has me excited :-D

Picking up car tomorrow. Tinting Wednesday. Probably ordering the Eibach kit and an exhaust Wednesday as well, but I'm having a little trouble choosing between FI or ARK (as many others seem to be as well), but likely leaning towards FI.

Intake will come last, and then MAYBE the tune.

Hello all.

Sorry for making this my first psot, but I've been reading for the past 2 days, and I saw some great deals in the past. At least from what I've read, there aren't deals like that at the moment? I was offered the same car as OP '13 g37x with prem, nav, sport , and 12000mi for $399/mo. 0 down. Is this a good deal? I thought it was a decent deal without getting too technical about lease lingo because total payment would be around 9600 for 24 months. I've seen deals as low as $369 with Sandy discounts, but I don't qualify... Is it realistic to expect 369/mo without the Sandy discount?

Thank you.

Sounds good to me. Then again, I'm paying slightly more than you..

No one really chimed in about the deal I was getting either, but doesn't seem too bad either way.

Actually, I think you're paying a little less because your payment included the other fees rolled into your payments?

I'm sort of having buyers remorse because the current model will be replaced next year, and other cars that were released recently have better interior/tech IMO...

I guess it's ok since it's a short lease, and we can get into another car. I really liked the M37x when I was at the dealer. I felt like I was sitting in a spaceship when I sat in the M... lol.

Another problem with me was that I did things a$$ backwards. I went to the dealer without doing research. I spent all night after my visit to do the research, which helped, but I'm sure it would have helped more if I read this forum before I went there. I use to frequest the acura forums, but I'll be here more often now.

I'm going to pickup my black/graphite g37x tomorrow . I'm also in the NYC area. Good luck!
