If this car wasnt immaculately clean I'd pass on it and save a few thousand more to get one w lower miles and a warranty. What do you think???

To be honest
Most warranties on the 09 are up in march of 2013 or around that time weather lower miles or not, so if u want something with more warranty start looking into 2010

I wouldnt buy a used car with more than 30k miles on it. And to have a data point, I just purchased a 2009 g37 with 30k miles on it for $24,000, from an infiniti dealer.

Yeah I'm not getting it. For the extra few thousand I'll get one with half the miles. If anyone in the Philadelphia area knows a good dealer please let me know. Thanks guys.

Infiniti of West Chester is supposed to be a pretty good dealership to work with in the area. If you're up for taking a ride, Bennett infiniti in Allentown isn't bad either, but they're a little on the pricey side. Also, keep in mind you could always grab an extended warranty from Infiniti if you're nervous about not having a lot of time left on the factory warranty. I don't advocate extended warranties, just wanted to provide some food for thought. Good luck!
