Horrible car buying experience

When I purchased my G... I am fuming mad...

I try to call the dealership and they legit, IGNORE ME... i call and they hangup and refuse to talk to me

What can I do? I love the car but there has to be something that can be done

any advice?

O and I told them I would write a bad review of their dealership online and they told me they will take legal action for defamation if I write one thing

Write the review and find a new dealer to go to. They can't do squat if you write a legitimate poor review for them.

What the hell are you talking about?

If you called me with this jibberish, I'd hang up on you too.

Your story is incomplete

Try contacting the next person up the chain in the dealership first before going any further. Give them a chance to rectify the situation before "telling on them" and they'll be more willing to help with w/e issue you're having.

Other options are:

Infiniti will send you a survey to fill out about your purchase asking about your experience with the dealer.

You can write whatever you want about the dealer online as long as you don't threaten them and state the truth about what happened. Post up the name of the dealership and your story so others will avoid the place.

You can also call infiniti consumer affairs: Infiniti USA - Contact Us

Why did you give them money if you were mad at them?

Why don't you at the very least tell the story so people know what is going on. You don't even have to mention the dealerships name at this point. But there is not even a clue in what you wrote as to what is making you made or how you feel "wronged".

I agree with everyone so far, story is incomplete... WHAT HAPPENED?

If a dealer/any business gives you a hard time as a customer, you are in your right to make a complaint. In this case, if you were at the receiving end of rude customer service that you did not deserve, call Infiniti Customer Relations and speak with them.

When I am not treated they way a paying customer deserves to be treated, I simply don't give them my money and go elsewhere, you DO have the option to buy somewhere else. Someone already mentioned why you gave them your money if they treated you so bad?

In the words of the smartest President yet:

"There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again." —Nashville, Tenn., Sept. 17, 2002 Video here...lol

So, you bought a G, then called the dealership to yell at them for selling you a G, and they choose not to listen to your ramblings. ?

Perhaps you could post pics so that we may ascertain your dilemma.

You catch more bee's with Honey ..... file a claim with the BBB and run it up the Infiniti flag pole. Someone always reports to someone else.
